"I’m not sure how all insurance agencies do with their customers but I do know the when you deal with Judd Nelson State Farm you get a hands on feel. These folks make you feel like family, every time I speak with Lisa or Ariel or anyone else in this office, they are on top of it and handle everything for me. "I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. I met a sweet agent named Lisa Green. She has since became more than just an agent. She's became family. "I called multiple places around my area trying to get quotes for insurance all being way too expensive for just 1 vehicle. I immediately knew my choice as soon as i spoke with Brennan! He helped me through it all. He gave me the lowest quote and best coverage! He is awesome! Brennan and Ariel are the two i speak with if i have any concerns. They are easy to contact and get back very quick. They also make paying my bills easier because they let me pick the best day for me to pay so I’m not completely broke at the first of the month when all my bills are due. Awesome insurance!!! "5 stars! 5 stars! 5 stars! Moved to Heflin about a year ago from Ga. I was looking for a home town local insurance agency to handle my insurance needs, save money and get treated like family. From day 1 at Judd Edwards- State Farm, the whole team Lisa, Brennan and Ariel welcomed me and my family to the neighborhood. Brennan and team took the time to hear my needs and explained and answered any questions and concerns I had. They got me great coverage at a great price. I could not be happier with their service and protection that I needed. Unfortunately A few months ago I had a claim on one of my vehicles (vandalized). I was pretty upset about it. When I called it in they took charge and made it as pleasant and acknowledgeable as possible. Explained every step of the way and made sure I knew I was in good hands with State Farm. The repairs took almost 2 months due to parts availability, however Ariel touched base with me at least once a week and made sure that I was being taking care of and if I had and questions or concerns. I could not say enough good things about Judd Edwards-State Farm team and there impeccable service . Thank you so much for all your help and you def have a customer for life. "My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. He and I were in a wreck in August 23 that wasn’t our fault and totaled our car. Judd and especially Lisa were angels during the time after. Lisa helped us file paperwork, kept us informed, made the rental car process easy, and basically walked us through every step until we purchased our new car.
